MINIMUM EMPLOYMENT AGES
Cooks-Dishwashers 18, due to operating powered food processing machinery.
Servers-Bartenders 18, due to serving of alcoholic beverages.
Hostpersons 16.
Delivery Drivers 18, due to insurance restrictions.

WHEN APPLYING IN PERSON, YOU MUST BRING:
A current Driver’s License or ID.
Social Security Card.
Back of House employees and Delivery Drivers are required to take an oral drug test. We do not test for THC.
All front service staff who will be serving alcohol must be 18 or older and have a current Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission certification.
All staff must have a current ANSI/DSHS-accredited Texas Food Handler Permit this includes Servers, Bartenders, Cooks, Dishwashers, Delivery Drivers, and Managers.
